1 . Order Processing, Delivery and Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Your order will be processed as soon as it is received, however, due to the nature of Madison and Main products, the customizing process may impact order processing time (depending on type and quantity of products ordered). We normally ship within 3 days (excluding some custom pieces made to order.) You should receive your order within 7-14 days.
Shipping charges are calculated thru USPS.
We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States.
2. Refunds, returns and exchanges.
Madison and Main is dedicated to providing you quality products. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store does not meet this expectation, simply email us within 10 business days, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Madison and Main products.
When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange. Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
In the U.S, please send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. In Canada, please send your return by insured Canada Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
If your package was damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately at info@madisonandmain.com.
3. Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via Email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at info@MadisonandMain.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

* Duplicate order was placed.
